Meta Ray-Ban Display price and how to buy it online or in a store
Meta Ray-Ban Display costs $799 in the US with the Neural Band. You can now order it online in six countries, size the band with your phone or book an in-store demo to try it first.

Part of our Meta Ray-Ban Display guide
Meta Ray-Ban Display costs $799 in the US, and that price includes the Meta Neural Band. When the glasses went on sale on Sept. 30, 2025, the only way to get a pair was to book a demo and fitting at one of a limited number of US stores. That changed on Sept. 23, 2026, when Meta added online ordering in the US and five new countries, along with a digital tool for sizing the band.
This guide is based on Meta's announcements, buying FAQ and help center. Prices are Meta's starting prices as of Oct. 25, 2026.

How much it costs
| Country | Price | Online ordering | Stores |
|---|---|---|---|
| US | $799 | Since Sept. 23, 2026 | Select Best Buy, LensCrafters, Sunglass Hut, Ray-Ban and Meta Lab stores |
| UK | £749 | Since Sept. 23, 2026 | London |
| Canada | CA$1,149 | Since Sept. 23, 2026 | Vancouver and Toronto |
| France | €899 | Since Oct. 13, 2026 | Paris |
| Italy | €899 | Since Oct. 13, 2026 | Milan and Rome |
| Germany | €899 | Since Oct. 13, 2026 | Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich |
Pre-orders in France, Italy and Germany started rolling out on Sept. 23, ahead of the Oct. 13 launch. The US store list is the one Meta gave at launch; it said select Verizon stores would follow.
The box holds the glasses, a charging case with a USB-C cable, a cleaning cloth, the Meta Neural Band and its charger, and quick start and safety guides, according to Ray-Ban's FAQ. Prescription lenses cost extra (see below).
How to order online
You can buy from the Meta Store and other certified retailers in the six supported countries, according to Meta's help center. The order works like this:
- Choose a frame color, Shiny Black or Shiny Sand, and a frame size, standard or large. All versions have clear-to-grey Transitions lenses.
- Measure your wrist with the online sizing tool, which you open from the shopping page. Meta calls this step a virtual demo, and you need it to get the right Neural Band size.
- Decide whether you want prescription lenses. Online prescription orders are available on Meta.com in the US and Canada.
- Check out. Meta notes that some orders need a signature on delivery.
How the band sizing tool works
The sizing tool uses your phone's camera to photograph your wrist next to a card for scale, then recommends the band size that fits best for the band's sensors. Meta's instructions ask for:
- a phone with a rear camera and an internet connection;
- a flat, plain surface, such as a table or counter;
- your dominant hand (the one you write with), with no watch, bracelet or sleeve;
- a card the size of a credit card, 85.6 by 54 mm (Meta suggests one without personal information, such as a gift card);
- good, even light.
- Open the sizing tool from the shopping page and allow it to use your camera.
- Put your hand palm down on the surface with the card next to it, line both up with the outlines on screen, and let the three-second timer take the photo.
- Turn your hand on its side and take the second photo the same way.
- Wait for the result, which Meta says takes less than a minute.
If you measure again and get a different size, Meta says to trust the measurement you're most confident in, and if you keep getting different results, to choose the smaller size. Meta says the photos are used only to suggest a size and aren't stored.
How to buy in a store
If you'd rather try the glasses first, Meta's demo finder lists the stores near you that offer demos. During the 2025 launch, Meta made a demo and fitting a requirement for buying in stores, limited purchases to one pair per demo and put customers on waitlists or backorders when sizes sold out. It recommended booking ahead, since walk-ins depend on an open slot or a same-day cancellation.
At a demo, a store associate fits the Neural Band and shows you where to wear it. If you wear glasses, bring your prescription or wear contact lenses: in the US, select Meta Lab, Ray-Ban, LensCrafters and Best Buy stores fit temporary prescription inserts for the demo.
Adding prescription lenses
Prescription lenses have to be ordered with the glasses because they're built into the display lens. Meta's FAQ says the Display supports a total power of -4.00 to +4.00 (sphere plus cylinder) with up to 4.00 of cylinder, using single-vision polycarbonate Ray-Ban lenses with an anti-reflective coating and clear-to-grey Transitions. It lists the prescription upgrade at $200 in the US, for $999 in total, and says prescription orders take five to eight weeks to arrive.
Outside the US, Meta says prescription orders are available through Meta.com in Canada and at select stores in the UK, France and Italy, with Germany following later in 2026.
Before you buy
Several features depend on where you live. The updated calendar is available in English in the US, Hologram is coming to US users in Early Access, and Meta announced cycling and transit directions for the US and Canada. Check the feature list for your country before you decide.
You'll need an iPhone or Android phone with the Meta AI app and a Meta account. The glasses and the band each pair with one Meta account at a time, so a secondhand pair has to be factory reset before you can set it up. Ray-Ban's FAQ says the warranty lasts one or two years, depending on the country where you bought the glasses.
If you're still deciding whether the screen is worth it, our comparison of Meta Ray-Ban Display and Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3 sets the $799 Display against Meta's $449 camera glasses, and Meta Ray-Ban Display release dates covers each country's launch.
Frequently asked questions
Is Meta Ray-Ban Display HSA or FSA eligible?
Meta hasn't said the glasses themselves qualify. Its prescription page says HSA and FSA funds may be used for prescription lenses and coatings for its AI glasses, so ask your plan administrator about the prescription part of the order.
Do I need a demo to buy Meta Ray-Ban Display?
Not if you order online. Meta's help center says you complete a virtual demo with the online sizing tool, which picks your Neural Band size. In-store demos are still available through Meta's demo finder.
Does the price include the Meta Neural Band?
Yes. Every pair of Meta Ray-Ban Display comes with its own Meta Neural Band and the band's charger, and the $799, £749, CA$1,149 and €899 prices cover both.
Can I add prescription lenses later?
No. Meta says prescription lenses are built into the display lens, so they can only be ordered at the time of purchase. Prescription inserts are used only for in-store demos.
Which colors and sizes can I choose?
The glasses come in Shiny Black or Shiny Sand, in a standard or large frame, all with clear-to-grey Transitions lenses. The Neural Band comes in sizes 1 (small), 2 (medium) and 3 (large).
